In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it as described in our Return policy.
Returns
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. If a box arrives and is significantly damaged, then contact us before opening. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 3 business days of delivery date. DO NOT ship back merchandise without following our guidelines or before contacting us. Items MUST be returned to the Return Center (see address below). No credit will be given for miscellaneous shipments back as we cannot trace these with any accuracy. A return credit for product cost (less shipping) will be issued within 15 days of receipt in the Returns Center to the credit card or PayPal Account used for the original purchase.

All merchandise must be returned unopened and still wrapped to qualify. If you return an item opened and/or clearly used, they will be considered used and ineligible for refund and the item will be returned to you via US Postal 3rd class mail. All items must be in ‘new’ condition.
Refunds will be made as a credit to the payment mechanism used to purchase the item (e.g., credit cards and/or PayPal payments). PerfectBasketCase.Com does not refund cash under any circumstance. If you received an item as a gift you may direct us to refund the giftor's card or receive store credit in the form of a fully transferable gift certificate.

Substitutions
We do our best to ship all products exactly as they are on our website, but at times we need to substitute ingredients, packing materials, containers, decorations or other items in order to fill an order. We won't adjust the price or communicate that we've made a substitution. We do attempt to use a higher value item when it is necessary to substitute.
